It’s time to recognize the countless ways pharmacy professionals make an impact in patient care and health-system operations. In partnership with the ASHP Foundation, Fresenius Kabi wants to highlight the important role pharmacy plays in hospitals, clinics and other healthcare settings by encouraging you to recognize the impactful efforts of a colleague.
Nominate a pharmacy professional in your workplace and join us in applauding the countless ways that pharmacy cares.
Nominated individuals will be considered for the opportunity to receive a Pharmacy Cares Award.
Honorees selected will be acknowledged as follows:
- Recognition as a 2024 Pharmacy Cares Award recipient (announced during Pharmacy Week) with a feature story celebrating honorees on PharmacyCares.com and the ASHP Foundation’s website, newsletters, and social media posts that week.
- Sponsorship to attend the 2024 ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting and Exhibition with a stipend for travel, hotel and meeting registration.
- Recognition during the ASHP Foundation Donor Reception at the 2024 ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting and Exhibition.
- In a Spotlight Stories that honors the essential work and contributions made by pharmacy professionals selected for award.
Nominations will be accepted from June 8 through August 8, 2024. All nominees will receive an automatic email after form submission requiring acceptance to participate in the program.
Information provided in the nomination form is considered private and will only be used by the Awards Committee evaluating all eligible nominations. The Committee will select recipients of the 2024 Pharmacy Cares Award based exclusively on information provided on nomination form. Winners will be contacted by a selection committee member by September 6, 2024.
